Talk bubble sessions with Atia, your talk practitioner, can help with depression, stress, anxiety, sadness, self-confidence, self-esteem, relationships, couples, marriage, separation, divorce, parenting, panic, bereavement, anger, work, issues related to COVID-19, or any other issues holding you back, to leave you feeling as free and light as a bubble.

 Talking about issues can help you to feel better, overall

The benefits of talk bubble sessions:

  • Allows you a safe space to release emotions which overwhelm you

  • Allows you to see your problems from a different perspective

  • Sometimes easier to talk to a complete stranger than those close to you

  • Enables you to see yourself as a “useful resource” in overcoming your own problems

  • Talking is a good alternative and sometimes even more effective than medication for some people in feeling better

  • More convenient to book a session online, on video or over the phone with busy work and family commitments from anywhere in the world, however, in-person sessions also an option if preferred

  • Talk therapy doesn’t always make problems disappear but will usually make most people feel better after talking about it

  • Talking about problems can help reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress, unhealthy addictions or habits and phobias
